Being Profile

The Being Profile™ is a unique ontological on-line assessment that measures thirty-one distinct qualities across four separate categories that relate directly to an individual’s personal performance in any area of their life and business.

The framework cuts through the confusion of behaviours, personalities, talents, traits and archetypes, to create clarity on what high performance in leadership and teams really looks like.

Having personally used and been responsible for the use of various psychometric profiling or assessment tools within businesses, I am pleased to offer clients this highly effective and unique, leadership focused assessment.

As an accredited practitioner I will debrief the assessment with you, with the goal of determining how it will serve you in your journey of growth. Besides being a powerful reflective starting point, it is very efficient in identifying areas where individualized steps and actions can create meaningful change around who you are choosing to be. It acts to spotlight areas for growth as part of our coaching and mentoring activities, so you make change happen from the inside-out.
